:
(1) In case of non-compliance with the provisions mentioned in the current Act on Non-Military Aviation, these Regulations, Annexes and Manuals during the maintenance and overhaul of Nepali aircraft by the approved aircraft maintenance and maintenance organization in accordance with Rule 49, or if any action is taken contrary to such provisions, the Director General shall repair such aircraft. And the recognition of the organization can be withdrawn.
(2) Before withdrawing recognition according to sub-rule (1), the concerned aircraft repair and maintenance (Air Works) organization should be given an opportunity to submit a cleanup.
